The Seven Cities of Wales is a multi-day, self-supported bikepacking adventure linking all seven Welsh cities. This demanding route is designed for experienced riders seeking a true endurance challenge across some of the most varied and dramatic landscapes in Wales.

This is not a race. It is a personal challenge, encouraging riders to test their limits while experiencing the landscapes of Wales at their own pace. Completion of Headstock 200 or 500 is recommended prior to entry.
